Christmas Cousin Fun

Mallory is 3 1/2, Julia 2 1/2 and Garrett 1 1/2. They are becoming quite the clan. We probably should enjoy this age when they remotely listen to what we'd like and gladly jump on the sled together for a photo op when we suggest it, say cheese when we say and give hugs etc on command. Before long they will be hiding out in the basement playing and won't want us down there!

Cramming in on Garrett's new sled!

Trying out the personalized step stools!

Awwww. Garrett sat still for a picture!!!

Hmmm . . Eating ice out of the beer cooler. Where are those parents!!!

Checking out the quilts Grandma Lorraine made the kids!

Totally not sleeping with those quilts. . . Isn't there supposed to be magic on sleighs and reindeers?? :)

Ring around the Rosie, pockets full of posies, . . .

And we all fall down! Graceful we are not!

Clearly in love. . .

Christmas 2009 - part two

Finding the Elf's last stocking stuffer - A Grinch Christmas ornament. Julia's favorite holiday show of 2009 (at a perfect 20 minutes long!)

All dressed up for Christmas Eve service and riding the new trike!

A Tinkerbell glass!

Showing Grama and Papa the book she "helped" Mom make for them!

School Halloween Party!

Julia's teachers Miss Debbie and Miss Barbie invited all the parents to their class party. It was really fun to watch the kids play and eat their snacks. Julia especially enjoyed the face painting - a pumpkin and a pink ghost on her cheeks!

A Cupcake Halloween!

Julia was a cupcake for Halloween. She really enjoyed trick or treating down the street and filling her "Elmo Treat Basket." Halloween starts early in our neighborhood so we were out before dark! Dad was working but the grandparents and Mallory and Garrett came over too!

Pooley's 2009

We spent an early October day at Pooley's Pumpkin Patch with Scot, Kendy, Mallory, Garrett and Grandma and Capa R! It was windy but there were horses for the girls to ride and pumpkins to be found so all was well!
